Funeral Service for MRS. EVA PORTIA SCHAFFNER, age 80 years of #5 Tradewinds Drive, South Bahamia and formerly of Nassau, New Providence will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at The Pro-Cathedral of Christ the King, East Atlantic Drive and Pioneer’s Way, Freeport, Grand Bahama. Officiating will be Archdeacon Harry Bain assisted by Rev’d Marie Roach-Hepburn. Interment will follow at the Grand Bahama Memorial Park, Frobisher Drive, Freeport, Grand Bahama.
Left to cherish her fond and precious memories are her daughter: Yasmine Neely; grandchildren: Portia, Sasha and Selina Neely; great grandchildren: Alexander Bullard, Acaino Newbold Jr., Pharaoh Cadet Jr. and Demetrius Symonette; sisters: Carolyn Wipf and Nathalie Bailey; brother: George Bailey; sisters-in-law: Rosaleen Bailey and Ona Bailey; nieces: Monique Georgette, Micelle Desire, Natasha Shenique and Gina Rhonda; nephews: David, Hana, Benjamin and Clay and a host of other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held in the “Celestial Suite” at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Limited, #11-A Coral Road, Freeport, Grand Bahama “TODAY” from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until service time.
