Lay Preacher Gladys Merceed Kelly Saunders, 81

Affectionately called “Mam”

a resident of The Bluff, Eleuthera, who died at her residence May 29th will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 10th, 2017 at John Wesley Methodist Church, Church Hill Street, The Bluff, Eleuthera. Rev. Christopher Neely assisted by Rev. Henry Knowles and Deacon Derek Glico will officiate. Interment will follow in Wesley Methodist Church Cemetery, The Bluff, Eleuthera.

Gladys was predeceased by her husband Joseph; sons Everette Sr. and Charles Saunders and siblings Vernal and Ena Kelly, Corene Barry and Cleora Braynen

Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at THE CHAPEL OF MEMORIES THE NEW COMMONWEALTH FUNERAL HOME INDEPENDENCE DRIVE on Thursday from 12noon - 7pm and on Friday from 9:30 a.m.-12:00 noon and at the church in the Bluff Friday from 8:00 p.m. to service time on Saturday.
