A funeral service for the Late Cynthia Patricia Russell, age 88 of Shirlea, Nassau, The Bahamas, died peacefully at her residence, on Monday, 27th February, 2017, will be held at Rhodes Memorial Methodist Church, Montrose Avenue, Nassau, on Saturday, 4th March, 2017 at 10:00 a.m.
Reverend Emily Demerittewill officiate and assisted by Reverend Kenneth Huggins, Bishop Theophilus Rolle and Reverend Cecil Newbold and interment will follow in Ebenezer Methodist Cemetery, East Shirley Street, Nassau..
Left to cherish her memories are her son, Patrick; daughter-in-law, Cynthia and her grandson, Ryan; her brother-in-law, Dr. Sidney T. Sweeting; her sisters-in-law, Thiry Sweeting, Clio Sweeting, Evelyn Sweeting and Violet Russell; nephews, Andy Russell, Andrew Sweeting, Christopher Sweeting, Russell, Gary and Richard Potter; nieces, Dianne Whitehouse, Donna Albury, Sharon Thompson, Deborah Sweeting, Dianne Loftus, Jennifer Turan and Karen Almand numerous cousins and many dear close family and friends especially Angie Tynes, Angela Pinder of Spanish Wells, Rosie Saunders, Frieda Hall, Reverend and Mrs. Kenneth Huggins and family, Reverend Emily Demeritte and family, Providence Methodist Church Family, MCCA Bahamas Turks & Caicos Islands Conference family; goddaughters, Karen Eldon and Sara and Ralph III Wood.
Special thanks to her caregiver, Annie Melville, Nurse Fredrica Sands, Dr. Sheena L. Antonio-Collie and Dr. Theodore A. Ferguson.
