Funeral Service for Cyril Eugene Smith age 90 of Talbot Ave., Nassau Village who died on February 22, 2017 will be held on Saturday March 4, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Deliverance Church, East Street South. Officiating will be Pastor James Newry assisted by Pastor Mark Barrett and Other Ministers. Cremation will follow.
He is survived by his loving wife, Magery Smith; his stepmother, Millicent Smith –Ferguson; three daughters, Rose Marie Smith-McClure, Candice and Garcia Smith; three stepdaughters, Verlisa Moncur, Latoya Knowles and Shemeka Bevans; thirteen sons, Harry of Ft. Lauderdale, Eugene and Pedro of New York, Dino of California, Roberto of Atlanta, Larry of Miami, Nikita, Romano, Tino, Kono, Alexo, Larry abd Barry Smith; numerous Grandchildren, Great-grand and Great Great Grandchildren including: Mekeisha Fernander and Roxanne Franks; four sisters, Rose Marie Collins, Renee Smith Hamilton, Darlene and Arlene Smith; two brothers, Komal and Charles Smith; four daughters-in-law, Cece, Wilma and Lynda; three sons-in-law, Patrick McClure, Livingston Bevans Jr. and Brian Knowles; sixteen sisters-in-law, Ivalean Hall, Loretta and Polleymae Miller, Senora Gilbert, Loilean Sturrup, Marilyn Fowler, Madlene, Zelma, Madiemae, Francis, Monique, Michelle, Paula and Jestina Simmons and Ileana Miller; brothers-in-law, Dr. H. A. Simmons, Rev. Dan Simmons, Elder Morris Simmons of Freeport, Grand Bahama, Berkley Simmons, Pedro Simmons, Ednal Miller, Allan Gilbert, Garth Fowler and Joseph Hamilton; numerous nieces and nephews including: Antonio Hall; Other relatives and friends including: Andre Albury, Frankiemae Moss, Mirgarena Moss, Mr. Maycock, Lamont Symonette, Antionette Flowers, The Fountain Family, The Barrlett Family, The Carroll Family, The Watkins Family, The Dawkins Family, The Weech Family, The Barnett Family, The Burrows Family, The Strachan Family, Dianne Duncombe and Family, Reynold Young, Nurse Lockhart of Elizabeth Estates Clinic, The Doctors , Nurses and Staff of Male Surgical Ward, Male Orthopedic Ward and the Virtual Ward of P.M. Viewing will be held in the Legacy Suite of Vaughn O. Jones Memorial Center, Mt. Royal Ave. and Talbot Street on Friday from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday at the Church from 9:00 a.m. to service time.
