Funeral Service for Lugana Lula Higgs age 83, a resident of Harbour Island Eleuthera Bahamas, who died at her residence February 19th , will be held Saturday 12:00 noon March 11th, 2017 at Wesley Methodist Church Harbour Island. Rev. Henry Knowles assisted by Deacon Wade Higgs and Deacon Jennifer Cleare will officiate and interment will follow in St. Catherine’s Cemetery Harbour Island Eleuthera B ahamas.
