He is survived by his Wife: Frances Forbes; Sons: Jeremy and Kim Forbes; Daughter: Vanessa Forbes; Sisters: Dena, Blossom and Zona; Brothers: Basil, Ivan, Ustan, Kermit and Holland and other relatives and friends.
Arrangements for the funeral service are being finalized and details will be announced at a future date.
