Funeral Service for the late Roscoe C. Francis age 80 years of #3 Maple Drive, Pepall Track will be held on Saturday April 28th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, West Street Hill. Officiating will be Fr. Glen Nixon. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
