Funeral Service for Monalee Bain-Etienne, age 80 of Blueberry Hill, Fox Hill and formerly of Kemp’s Bay, Andros who died on Tuesday, July 31st, 2018, will be held on Sunday, August 12th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Maranatha Seventh-day Adventist Church, Prince Charles Drive. Officiating will be Pastor Edward St. Fleur assisted by Pastor Larry Greene and other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Gardens, Soldier Road.
She is survived by her 2 Daughters: Lorraine Sands and Youlette Etienne; 4 Sons: Floyd and Norman Bastian, Rony Jr. and Marvin Etienne; 7 Grandsons: Dakota, Xavier, Adam, Tyrell and Tracy Bastian, Valentino Etienne and Floyd Sands Jr.; 6 Granddaughters: Kristonia, Lakera and Patrell Bastian, Marva and Monalee Etienne and Chinnereth Sands; 10 Great-Grandchildren: Kaylin, Dario Jr., Adam Jr., Ashner, Amari, Jamar, Heaven, Christonio Jr., Dakota (1) and Dakota (2); 1 Aunt: Lucille Rolle; 1 Son-In-Law: Floyd Sands; 2 Daughters-In-Law: Donna Etienne and Wilmalee “Marsha” Bastian; 2 Brothers-In-Law: Lamesie Etienne and Frankie Rolle (Vanessa Rolle); And a host of other Relatives and Friends including: Doralyn, Mavis and Jeanie Holbert, Adler Etienne, Reuben, Elridge, Roscoe, Eric and Kenneth Rolle, Myrtle and Nelson Rolle, Edith, Lucy, Roland, William and Bertram Smith, Ethrel, Flordel, Florrie, George, Phillip and Donna Forbes, Joyce, Glenda, Rodman, and David Forbes. Friends may pay their last respects at East Sunrise Mortuary, #183 Baillou Hill Rd. & Cordeaux Avenue from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and again from 10 a.m. at the church until service time.
