He is survived by his Wife: Kayla Smith; Son: Daniel; Mother: Merlene Smith; Adopted Daughters: Alexis, Diandra, Phylicia, Lekeyra and Zemya; Sisters: Leanna, Carolyn, Audrey, Charlene, Mildred and Judith; Brothers: Fredrick, Reginald and Alexander and other relatives and friends.
Arrangements for the funeral service are being finalized and details will be announced at a future date.
