Funeral Service for the late Dr. Patricia Margaret Dean-Bazard age 71 years of Windsor Avenue will be held on Friday, January 5th, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Salem Union Baptist Church, Taylor Street. Officiating will be Rev. Heuter Rolle assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens and Mausoleums, John F. Kennedy Drive & Gladstone Road.

Viewing will be held in the Serenity Suite at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Ltd., Robinson and Soldier Roads on Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Friday from 8:30 a.m. until service time.
