Emma “Tookie” Louise Humes-Charles

Funeral service for the late Emma Louise Humes-Charles, affectionately called “Tookie” age 92 years, a native of Fox Hill, who died on 2nd January, 2018, will be held on Saturday, 13th January, 2018, at 2:00 p.m., at St. Mark’s Baptist Church, Romer Street, Fox Hill. Officiating will be Bishop Carrington Pinder and Rev. Sabrina Pinder. Interment will follow in St. Mark’s Baptist Church Cemetery, Romer Street, Fox Hill. Left to mourn her passing and cherish her memories are Her Husband: Jean Charles; adopted Daughter: Gertrude Burnside-Fenz; adopted Grandchildren: Cromwell, Lia Carla and Oliver; adopted Great Grand: Kennedy Adderley; Cousins: Hazel Kemp, Fredrick Pierre and Family, Pamela Augustine and Family, Michael Kemp and Family, Rev. Laura Glinton and Family, Louise Morris and Family, Patsy Moss and Family, Beverly Knowles and Family, Zelma Knowles and Family, Cedric and Fredrick Knowles, Dolly and Family, Michelle and Susan Kemp and Family, Lucille Adderley and Family, Marilyn Rahming and Family, Dorothy Symonette, Edward Brice, Clarence Brice and Family, Albert Brice Jr., and Family, Julia Lysaill and Family, Monica Knowles and Family, Deborah Brice-Taylor and Family. Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Newbold Brothers Funeral Chapel, Palmetto Avenue & Acklins Street, off Market and East Streets on Friday from 10:00 a.m., until 5:00 p.m., and on Saturday at the church from 1:00 p.m., until service.
