Funeral Service for the late Fritz Gerald Harold Stubbs Sr. age 71 years of #7 Bougainvillea Avenue, West Grove and formerly of Orange Creek, Cat Island will be held on Saturday, March 10th, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at The Lutheran Church of Nassau, John F. Kennedy Drive. Officiating will be Reverend Samuel Boodle. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens & Mausoleum, John F. Kennedy Drive.
Fritz was predeceased by his Mother: Elmena Stubbs-Forbes; Father: Lonnie Stubbs Jr; Brothers: Harry Forbes Jr., Alfred Stubbs, and Rupert Stubbs; Sister: Cynthia Forbes-King.
Left to cherish the many memories of this giant of a man are his Children: Charnette Thompson, Brett Stubbs, David Geraldo Frazer, Georgette Stubbs, Therez Stubbs, Fritz Stubbs Jr.; Grandchildren: Jonathan Thompson, Jeffrey Thompson, Brett Stubbs Jr., Brent Stubbs; Brothers: Deacon Patrick Forbes, Alpheus “Bucket” Stubbs, Thomas Stubbs, Cedric Stubbs, David Stubbs and Tyrone Jenkins; Sisters: Rosedell Stubbs-McDonald, Margaret Forbes and Mary Forbes-Cornish; Brothers–in-law: Eusias Cornish and Eddy McDonald, Sister-in-law: Sheena Forbes; Nieces and nephews: Clinton Forbes, Sedia, Candace, Conrad and Benjamin Cornish Patrick Jr. I, Rhdnado and Patrick Forbes II, Jeameko, Thomas, Jeeahrel, and Jessica King, Marcia Pickstock, Thealesea Wilson, Linda, Remelda, and Robert Stubbs, Laverne Aranha, Clarence, Thomasina, Shantell and Eleviouse Ferguson, Aniska Spence, Christina Cash, Dellarese Forbes, Vernon Forbes, Garvin Strachan and Carnise Forbes.
Viewing will be held in the Celestial Suite at Restview Memorial Mortuary and Crematorium Ltd., Robinson and Soldier Roads on Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
