Mr. Sidney Ely Albury, age 90, died at Dunmore Town, Harbour Island, The Bahamas on Thursday, 1st March, 2018 following a long illness.
He was born in Harbour Island in 1927 and from the age of fourteen (14) years, lived in Nassau and completed his education at Queen’s College.
In 1965 he returned to Harbour Island to take over the running of Tip Top Shop, the family business, which is still in operation.
He is survived by his wife, Norma and multiple nieces and nephews.
At his request, funeral arrangements will be private.
