Mr. Higgs is survived by 2 daugthers: Gastina and Latoya Higgs, 3 brothers: Arthur, Arlington and Bishop Benjamin Gibson. 1 sister Pearlene Johnson; 3 aunts: Mrs. Theresa Johnson, Mrs. Consuela Gray, and Mrs. Perlina Wright and a host of other relatives and friends to numerous to mention.
