Funeral service for Ivan Eugene ‘Gene’ Saunders, age 78 years, of Johnson Road Estates, who died peacefully at his home on Wednesday May 9, 2018, will be held on Saturday May 19, 2018 at 3:00 p.m., at Calvary Bible Church, Collins Avenue. Officiating will be Pastor Rob Elliott assisted by Pastor Roland Bryan.
Gene was predeceased by his parents: Graham and Vera; brother: George and sister: Patricia; brothers-in-law: Paul Chestnut, William Campbell and Leo Pearce.
Left to cherish his memories are his wife: Patsy; sons: Phillip (Sue), Ricky (Andrecka) and Michael (Charmaine); grandchildren: Ivan Jonathan (Michaelea), Justin (Kara), Justina, Kristyn (Ryan) Koval, Blayne (Donna), Jerrard (Lashantia), Blair (Hector) Perez and Abria; step grandchildren: Alissa, Celine and RJ; brother: Keith “Skebo” (West Palm Beach, Fl) and his children: Daniel and Leslie and their families; sisters: Kaye (Peter) Gates (Abaco) and her children: Andrew and Daren and their families; Kitty Ort of Freeport and her children: Patterson, Denise, Gigi, Michelin and Donna and their families; sisters-in-law: Yvonne Saunders and her children: Albert and Gordon and their families, Joyce Daniels (Texas) and her children: Gayle and Ernest Jr. and their families; Sue Chestnut and her children: Julie, Pauline, Debbie and Paul II and their families, Shirley Campbell and her children: Maria, Michelle and Mark and their families; brothers-in-law: Al Campbell and his children: Paul, Shawn, and Runaldo and their families, Floyd Campbell and his children: Mia, Eddie, Jake and their familes; children of William Campbell: Henry, Sherville, Felicia, Amanda and Candy and their families, children of Leo Pearce: Sandra, Rosie, Leisa and Kathy and their families; many relatives and special friends including: Charlie Albury and family, Maria Curtis and family, Willie Pinder and family, Noel and Chris Richardson, Willie Dorvilian, Vincent Ferguson, Eddie ‘Dep’ Pinder, Mickey Munnings, the JBR Block Plant staff, sales and office staff of JBR, Roscoe Darville and family, Nurse Madeline Campbell, Steve Watson, the Campbell’s family of Balls Alley and Chippingham, Elliot Melus and family, Angela and Job Peterkin, Kiki Ramirez, Sheri Lowe and family, Jackie Sawyer, Ruth Pinder and family, Ray Russell, Doreen Weech and the Johnson Road family.
There will be NO VIEWING.
