He is survived by his Wife: Satalla Inniss-Fisher; Sons: Dwayne Jr., Delvin, Davonne and Davante Fisher; Daughters: Dominica and Dwaynia Fisher; Mother: Geraline “Jerry” Fisher; Father: Sidney Locksley Fowler; Sisters: Sophia and Danavier Fisher, Sharon Sherman and Raquel Fowler; Brothers: Kervin and Marvin Fisher, Insp. Lavardo Sherman, Quincy, Jermaine, Dorral and Shanorrie Fowler and other relatives and friends.
