He is survived by his Daughter: Latavia Barr; Parents: Chantell and Kent Arnett; Grandparent: Ethal Barr; Sisters: Keisha Kemp, Samantha McPhee, Standeika and Darrel Ramsey and Kenisha Arnett; Brothers: Giovanni, Jamaal, D’rann and Keishon Barr and Stantavio Ramsey and other relatives and friends.
