Mr. Bell is Survived by his Wife: Rose Bell; Children: William Bell III, Tameko Bell, Shantra Bell; Sisters: Vienna Mais of Rockchester, New York, Valderine Bell of New Providence, Debra Bell Freeman & Paulette Bell Lee of Mirmar, Florida, Faye Bell Cornish of Rockchestor, New York, Sandra Bell of Orlando, Florida; Brothers: Ivan Bell Sr. of New Providence, Clinton Bell of Rockchester, New York, Michael Halkitus of Long Island, New York; Nieces, Nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
