Jessiemae Higgins Arnette affectionately called “Joycemae” age 71 years of Pinewood Gardens and formerly of Mayaguana died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Monday, September 10th, 2018.
She is survived by her son: Andrew Arnett; sisters: Rosemary Higgins Missick, Marion Higgins Brown, Roxanna Higgins; brothers: Charles, Shervington and Prince Higgins; others: Anwon, Adrian and Andre Arnett;
Arrangements for the funeral service are being finalized and details will be announced at a future date.
