He is survived by his wife: Enith Bain; two sisters: Sharon Sturrup and Blanche Smith; one brother: Harward Sturrup; brother-in-law: Trevor Smith: three daughters: Monique Bain, Portia Russell, Darlyn Russel; two son: Theodore Russell, Cranston Russell; 19 grandchildren; one nieces: Saundra Smith and other relatives and friends.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to THE NEW COMMONWEALTH HOME and, will be announced later.
