Anthony Philip Smith-Duvalier age 70 of Kiki Street off Farrington Road died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Monday April 15, 2019.
He is survived by his mother, Cynthia Duvalier; son, Anthony Duvalier Jr.; daughter, Janique Duvalier; brother, Kevin Knowles; three sisters, Beverley Francis, Nicole Williams and Gina Smith; aunt, Maxine Adderley; uncle, Nathaniel Forbes and numerous other relatives and friends including: Rosita Smith-Duvalier.
Funeral Service will be announced at a later date.
