Memorial Service for the late Agustus “Gus” Nairn, aged 56 years, formerly of Rupert Dean Lane will be held on Monday August 19th 2019 at 3:30 p.m. at Bethel Brothers Morticians & Crematorium, Nassau Street, Nassau, Bahamas.
He was predeceased by his parents, Arthur Sr., and Elsie Nairn; sisters, Cleotha Nairn-Myers and Sandra Nairn-Johnson; brother, Anthony Nairn; and grandparents, James Nairn, Ida May Major, Copeland Dean and Amanda Nairn.
Left to cherish fond memories are His sister, Beverly Pintard; brothers, Drexter, Arthur Jr., Anson, and Paul Garrett; uncles, Garnet (Bahamas) and Daniel Nairn (USA); aunt, May Dawkins; nieces including; Sharmaine Myers, Sabrina Hawkins, Nicole Coleman and Chrishana Gates (USA); nephews including; Ronald Myers and Tyrone Williams (USA), Lawrence, Lamon and Lawren Pintard (Bahamas); and a host of other relatives and friends in The Bahamas including: the Nairn descendants of Mangrove Cay, Andros; Chris Pratt and family; Chris Mcintosh and the Kenilworth Street clan; the Cole, Pintard, Major, Dean and Dawkins families; the management and staff of McCartney's Pharmacy; and Holy Trinity Anglican Church. Special thanks go the Princess Margaret Hospital's Accident & Emergency Department and Virtual Ward staff.
