Ancle “The Undertaker” Stubbs

Funeral service for the late Ancle Stubbs age 79 years, affectionately called “The Undertaker”” a resident of Kennedy Subdivision and formerly of Orange Creek, Cat Island who died on 29th November 2019, will be held on Saturday 21st December 2019 at 10:00 a.m., at Harrold Road Baptist Church, Harrold Road. Officiating will be Overseer Orthnel Humes, assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment will follow in Old Trail Cemetery, Old Trail Road. Left to mourn Ancle’s passing is his Dear Sister: Hazel Rebecca Stubbs-Adderley; Nieces: Monique (Larry) Stubbs-Hutchinson, Agnes Jolly, Dornell Brown, Patricia Morley, Cathy Gray, Becca Mae Stubbs, Princess Stubbs, Marylee Davis, Ruthmae Dean, Victoria Willis, Mary Cornish, Rosadell Newbold, Linda Stubbs, Frances Johnson, Lenita Pratt and Titamae Stubbs; Nephews: Alvin Adderley, Ronald, Cyril and Pembrooke Stubbs, Rufus Bain, Collin Johnson, Lionel Johnson, Austin Johnson, Emerson Rolle and Patrick Stubbs; Grand Nieces & Nephews: Alexis and Aaliyah Adderley, Cheryl Ford, Alecia and Alecca Ramsey, Lynette and Hezekiah Hutchinson, Dax Stubbs, Chantel Blake, Azaria, Johnette and Justin Brown, Ashley Adderley, Alijandro Morley, Dantley and Samuel Jolly, Krystal Deveaux, Durrell Jr., Duntrelle and Catilyn Gray, Ricardo Bain, Caroline Humes, Remelda Thompson, Jennifer and Charlene Rolle, Tim and Mickey Bain, Brett Stubbs, The Community of Orange Creek Cat Island and A Host of other Family and Friends too numerous to mention. Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Newbold Brothers Funeral Chapel, Palmetto Avenue & Acklins Street off Market and East Streets on Friday from 10:00 a.m., until 5:00 p.m., and on Saturday at the church from 9:00 a.m., until service time.
