He is survived by His Fiancé: Latoya Kelly, Mother: Maude Fowler, 3 Sons: Richard Jr., Rohan & Trevor,2 Daughters: Skylar & Rashay, 7 Brothers: Tyrone, Wayde, Hugh, Lucius, Ashton, Byron & Jermal, 3 Sisters: Marina, Kara & Monique, 1 Aunt: Sarah Parker of Pompano Beach, Fl., and a host of other relatives and friends including: Rose Stanislaus, Codi, Giovanni & Jamaal Roberts, Corey Higgs, Rona Smith, Quintina Jones, Giovanni Darville and Marva Butler & Family.
