Funeral Service for Retired Reserve ASP Wilbert Eugene “Bill” Cooper, 87 years of #4 Constitution Drive, Boyd Subdivision, who died at the Princess Margaret Hospital on Sunday, 13th January, 2019, will be held at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, West Hill Street on Saturday, 26th January, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Father Glen Nixon and Monsignor Simeon Roberts will officiate. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Gardens, John F. Kennedy Drive & Gladstone Road.
