Willis Walter Lindergh Harding, 82, of Salt Pond, Long Island died on Sunday, May 12, 2019 will be held on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Anglican Church, Thompson Bay, Long Island. Officiating will be Rev. Fr. Lynden Douglas. Interment will follow in the Church’s Cemetery.

Left to cherish precious memories are his loving wife, Kathleen; sons: Anthony and David Harding; daughter: Cheryl Anne Fox; brothers: Arnold, Courtney and Edsel Harding; sisters: Joyce Beede, Loretta Perez and Jane Harding; grandchildren: Diane (Oral) Lockhart, Anthony Jr. (Breck) Harding, Michael (Joelicia) Fox, Heather Harding, Tiffany (Anthony) Ingraham, Blake and Claire Fox, Nathan Harding, Ashleigh Fox and Isaiah Harding; great grandchildren: Yasmine Lockhart, Kaden Harding, Summer Ingraham, Ayanna Lockhart, Ezra and Hunter Harding; brothers-in-law: Charles Beede and Thomas Carey & Family, Raymond, Basil, Bertram Fox & Family, Neville Knowles & Family, Andrew, Dennis and Alton Fox & Family; sisters-in-law: Mary, Valerie and Arlene Harding, Marie, Melanie and Carol Fox, and Predensia Fox; daughters-in-law: Mahalia and Vivian Harding; son-in-law: James Fox; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends too numerous to mention but especially the Harding and Fox Family of Salt Pond, Long Island; other special friends includes: Alphonso Moree, Glen Adderley, Mike Lightbourn, Cornelius Miller, Daron Dean, Dawn Simmons and Lisa Fox. Finally, members of the softball and sailing communities and his loyal customers throughout Long Island; special thanks are extended to: Nurse Thompson, Brice and Stubbs and Dr. Carter.

Viewing will be held in the Legacy Suite of Vaughn O. Jones Memorial Center, Mt. Royal Avenue and Talbot Street on Friday from 12:00 noon to 5:00 p.m. and on Saturday at the Church from 9:45 a.m. to service time.
