He is survived by his wife: Eunice Meadows; 1 daughter: Denise Lee of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.; 3 sons: Kendal, Dwayne & Sean Meadows; numerous grandchildren; 2 sisters: Sandra Meadows & Catherine Roberts; 2 brothers: John & Peter Meadows; numerous nieces & nephews & a host of other relatives & friends.
