Funeral services for Charlene Lorette Balfour age 46 of Adelaide Road will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 2:00p.m. at St. George’s Anglican Church, Montrose Ave. Officiating will be Fr. Scott Brennen. Interment will follow in the Western Cemetery, Nassau St.
