Funeral service for the late Masson Brave Jr., age 41 years a resident of #35 Providence Avenue who died on 21st December 2019, will be held on Saturday 25th January 2020 at 2:00 p.m., at Antioch Baptist Church, McKinney Avenue, Stapledon Gardens. Officiating will be Rev. Anthony J. Carrol, Pastor, assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Cremation will follow. Predeceased by his parents Masson Brave Sr., and Colesta Blyden. He is survived by his loving Wife of 18 years: Mrs. Ruth Brave; Two Sisters: Genesta Blyden and Monique Blyden-Coakley; One Brother: Samuel Blyden; One Uncle: Cyril Rolle; One Stepdaughter: Tanya Ferguson; Three Step Granddaughters: Chavez and Chavaz Robinson, and Alexandria Anderson; One Step Great Granddaughter: Rhylee Wilson; Three Sisters-in-law: Joanne Robinson-Stubbs, Ilean Robinson-Hutchinson and Tina Wright; Nine Nephews: Kenneth, Ramon, Deon I, Deon II, Alexander, Jamal, Christopher, Kendrick and Daquan; Eight Nieces: Donnell, Ronnell, Alexandrea, DeEctra, Trevrica, Dakenya, Antonique and Marlisha; Seven Grandnieces, Two Grandnephews; A host of other Relatives and Friends including: Louise Blyden and Family, John Blyden and Family, Ritchie Newbold and Family, Calvin Brown and Family, James Pratt and Family, Manny Noel and Family, Mr. Hanna and Family, Mr. Burrows and Family, Sabrina Walkes and Family, Ms. S. Sherman and Family, Daisy Armbrister and Family, The Environmental Health Family, especially Staff Members of the Roads & Parks Department and many others too numerous to mention. Relatives and friend may pay their last respects at Newbold Brothers Funeral Chapel, Palmetto Avenue & Acklins Street off Market and East Streets on Friday from 10:00 a.m., until 5:00 p.m., and on Saturday at the church from 1:00 p.m., until service time.
