He is survived by his Mother: Madlynn Neely; Sons: Ricardo Neely Jr. & Ricarion Neely; Daughters: Ranesha, Rashea, Rashan and Ricara; Adopted Daughters: Garvinique Dawkins & Kianne Campbell; Sister: Lisa Greenslade; Sisters in law: Joanna Munroe & Claudette Munroe and a host of other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Arrangements for the funeral service are being finalized and details will be announced at a future date.
