Funeral service for the late Mr. Ricardo Emmanuel Neely age 42 years of #23 Scott Street will be held on Saturday, February 1st, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, West Street North. Officiating will be Father Glen C. Nixon. Interment will follow in Catholic Cemetery, Infant View Road.
