The Heart Foundation assisted with seven-year-old Roman Russell’s major heart surgery in October 2015. He’s now doing very well and his mother Brieth (left), grandmother Ethlyn (centre) and aunt Cari (right) were at the ball to celebrate and express their thanks.

'Phenomenal' Heart Ball meets its goals
THE 52nd annual Heart Ball was nothing short of “phenomenal”, according to organisers, and provided guests with an evening full of glitz and glamour, while also fulfilling the purpose of raising funds to help children who need urgent heart care.
