Minnis: It's okay to change your mind
PRIME Minister Dr Hubert has suggested he is not wrong for changing his mind regarding a pay raise for Members of Parliament, adding that correcting the “dire” structure of the public service is needed to change the “unfair” pay scale in the government sector.

One of Mahatma Gandhi's most admirable qualities was that he was not afraid to publically change his mind, most notably on the Indians support or otherwise of the British war effort in the 1930's and 1940's. Now, I am not saying that the Rt. Hon. Dr. Minnis is in quite the same league as the leader of the Indian Salt Marches but just that the ability to change your mind can indicate integrity and flexibility.
