Here is a guy who is uttering words but saying NOTHING! Experienced Developers are needed to resolve this mess on Bay Street ! Local expertise simply is non-existent! The place is a mess and total embarrassment to the Bahamas its people and Government! The owners of these properties should be ashamed of themselves and be fined heavily for these abandoned and dilapidated buildings and structures
