Since coming to the bahamas I have been trying to encourage safety but to no avail. How could you let men enter a tank, no hole watch, no confined space entry certificate, no confined space training, no communicating device specifically for hazardous locations,no breathing apparatus portable or compressed, no gas freeing. What MADNESS IS THIS. I know about these things working in the petrochemical industry in Trinidad and Tobago, time to stop this madness. We have been through this, the government must act NOW! ANYONE in Govt. please reply here let's talk and help save a life. NOW!
