Michela Barnett-Ellis was presented her Instrument and Letter of Appointment to the Senate by Governor General Sir Cornelius A. Smith during a brief ceremony at Paul Farquharson Centre, Police Headquarters, on Friday. Also in attendance was Leader of the Opposition Michael Pintard.
