Ambitious but highly unlikely - A quick review of our international agreements would clearly demonstrate that this option of using tariffs in this manner is quickly no longer an option - The obligations aside there would have to be an investment in new skills and modern techniques to produce competitive products that Bahamians have become accustomed to ........is any one tracking these promises.
