Is it correct that the victim of this police shooting is the son of a police and may have had no involvement in the crime the police were investigating?

Crime is down ........... Constitution Article 16.2(b) is in full effect ....... The criminals need to understand that there is a different COP in the chair ........ a no-nonsense man.

Please stop! No one is a criminal until he/she is found guilty in a court of law. Our desperation for a decrease in crime must not get us riled up so emotionally that we begin to support vigilante justice, or law enforcement officers targeting young black males, just because they look like criminals or is "well known" by the police. WE ALL KNOW THAT THE MAJORITY OF POLICE OFFICERS ARE ROGUE UNTRAINED MALES WHO ARE ALSO THE PRODUCT OF OUR BROKEN SOCIETY. So let's stop pretending.

The government needs to get its act together in regards to the justice system and reaching out to impressionable youth in our society, by creating programs that help to counteract the lack of good parenting that is so rampant in our Bahamas.

Question, did this upswing in police violence not rather coincide with the foreign law enforcement people coming into to "assist" our officers with drug raids? If our officers are employing this "I feared for my life therefore I had to shoot the perpetrator/victim eighteen times" method of policing then The Bahamas' descent into hell will indeed escalate.

Even so, we don't know about the victim's life and status. You may never know about how profitable the drug trade here is. His family could be covering the full story.

Give us your phone number so that the next one of those young men walk into a crowded bar and shoot up the crowd. . .or do it in the schoolyard. . .in the crowded streets. . .rob anybody they damnwell please. . .kill innocent persons just for the fun of it. . .we can call you to go and get them and bring them in so that them rogue police them can't kill them in the streets when they pull guns on the police!! You are making as much sense as a grouper having a conch for baby. You prefer the untrained black men to shot up the streets than the untrained police them to shoot them untrained thugs who are blatantly killing innocent persons in the streets or anywhere the feel like it for that matter?

Is crime really down? When you add the number of police killings to the number of murders, the homicide rate is basic the same.

Well first things first. The police claim there was an armed robbery (of a store according to some reports) and these two persons, the one who was shot and killed, and the one that got away, fitted the description of the suspects. Was there actually a robbery of a store and should the store be named?

John you are plainly bordering on the asinine now. . .you need to come out and just say that you believe the police just ride-up on this young man a shot hid dead "for nothing" as his mother said!! Stop wasting time with you childish subterfuges. . .no matter what the the police says you will "dance-around" the issue to prove them wrong. . .that they are murdering persons on the street for nothing whatsoever than being you black males!! Just say so and let's all get back to discussing things with sense!!

That statement can get you "pulled in" for questioning. . .I suggest that you keep those "vague statements" that can be construed as a "vailed threat" for insurrection to a minimum or not used at all . . . dumb statements here on this site among us will only get ya "rowed out". . .but that statement goes a lil too far. . .chill with that dude!! You don't want to give the police no reason to come look for you. . .remember they got computers too!!
