PLP celebrate Bahamians losing lives?

EDITOR, The Tribune.

THE PLP seem to be celebrating every time someone is killed. I am baffled as to how this could be good for the PLP. It is a stretch to even fathom how they could profit from the tragedy of others. Death is a respecter of no one. All of us will die, for no one knows the day or the hour when the Son of Man cometh.

So what could be so enjoyable and so exciting about a young Bahamian male being gunned down? Why would this statistic stimulate the PLP so much? They are appearing to be salivating for the count to continue to climb, for what reason, I cannot imagine.

Sick minds imagine the most extreme things. Could they believe that the more people die the better chances of them winning? Are they that desperate and would do just about anything or say anything to win an election, and "to hell" with the people.

It is so insensitive, heartless and inhumane for the PLP to seem to be celebrating every time a murder happens in the Bahamas. It is deplorable and despicable for the families of the slain individuals to see the PLP gloating and rubbing their collective hands with glee knocking their wine glasses and drinking to the murder count going up. How cruel? And they say they believe in Bahamians.

This continuous cold and callous behaviour has not taken anyone by surprise because everyone knows just how the PLP only care about themselves. They have done everything to rub the faces of the families in the stench of having gone through the trauma of having a loved one killed.

This is par for the course because I cannot forget how they presided over the proliferation of drugs and the transshipment through the Bahamas.

They watched while many Bahamian families experienced their sons being killed off like life was worthless, for some to enrich themselves from the facilitation of drugs.

The same drugs they closed their collective eyes to then are the same drugs that are responsible for many of our sons dying now. But nothing has changed, same PLP, different day. I dare any PLP to say that what I am saying is untrue.

But one would ask, how could the PLP who masquerades as being "for Bahamians" so much seemingly want to inflict further pain. This sick example of caring needs a lot to be desired. Bahamians will not forget how the PLP politicised their pain and how they seemed to use the families for their own gain. I cry shame on the PLP pastors who are a part of this sickening act, perpetrated by their party. Is there any God in some of these phony pastors who condone what the PLP is doing? Do any of you have the slightest bit of conscience? When is enough, enough? How far is too far?
