Mr Laing also established a lending library and computer centre for residents of Marco City at his constituency office.

He has also made himself available to residents by holding regular office hours. The MP has held annual Christmas parties, a luncheon for seniors, and a Family and Friends Festival.

"Norris Bain has my full support. Please vote for him. I hope hat he does a much better job than I did, so that you will be better off," he said.
