RADIO talk show host Ortland Bodie Jr is scheduled to appear before Supreme Court Justice Stephen Isaacs today in connection with alleged comments he made concerning the judge on air.
Media reports credit Mr Bodie as denying the allegations in an affidavit.
He reportedly said he never made any sort of "disparaging" or "negative" remarks concerning Justice Isaacs, but also "profusely" apologised for "any degree of embarrassment or umbrage".

Boy its funny to see this man before the courts for alleged comments concerning a judge (alleged comments) but a man whom had remove a throne without official permission (stole) never saw the door of a courtroom.

No he ie not straight, but simply an obligated man that in public will seem to be respected but will be fixed-up by his New World Order brotherhood after the fact in secret. Please read below:

LOL man i listen to bodie everyday via live stream online, and bodie speaks the truth. sorry if it OFFENDS the people that be, but fact remains, he is real......these ppl can't handle the truth. they outttta order!! whoever don't like his style needs simply to listen to another show. yes he's biggity, but that doesn't make him wrong.

How in the hell can a judge haul a Comrade before his bench on "hearsay" evidence? Da judge need hang up he robes if he aint done knows why it is that "secondhand" hearsay evidence is normally too gossipy to admit as solid evidence?
But check this out; the judge say he heard it from multiple" "manymouths" and dat even worser bunch admissible evidence. Da judge need knows first for he own self why he hauling the Comrade before him?
I say the judge case against the Comrade needs be dismissed, cause now the judge done admit he hear nothing for himself, but now he out there "fishing" for "real" evidence. to use against Comrade Ortland Jr.
How you can charge a Comrade after you gone fishing for ya evidence? To me this da same as if you get undressed "after' you done had ya sex? Think da Judge goin haul me before he sentencing to jail bench?

I see Bodie as an egomaniacal talentlees amatuer but I will defend his right to free speech! I don't care what Boadie said on the radio as long as he did not curse. No friggin way a bahamian should ever be put in court for speaking his mind!! This is bullsh-t!!! Throw this case out and apologize to the counrty for ever bringing this to court!! I live in a free country and this offends me to ne end. This justics better do the right thing or he will hear so much more disparaging remarks aimed at him!! No way this can go on!! STOP IT NOW!!!!
