A CONTRACTOR accused of possessing dangerous drugs with intent to supply is expected to take the witness stand tomorrow to give his side of the story surrounding his arrest in March 2009.
JFK Construction head 43-year-old Carlos Lamm returns to Magistrate’s Court tomorrow where he and his attorney, Jiaram Mangra, are expected to pesent Lamm’s defense against the three-year-old drug case.
Lamm, and his former girlfriend, Laticha McKenzie, are standing trial charged with possession of dangerous drugs with intent to supply on March 9, 2009.
Lamm has yet to give sworn evidence as his testimony was postponed because McKenzie’s lawyer, Murrio Ducille, asked for an adjournment at the last hearing on October 10.
