With the permission of a spiritual brother, I feel compelled to repeat the experience he encountered with the Lord. This gentleman is a very prominent businessman who was visiting a very prominent pastor. Upon leaving the pastor’s home, Mr Branville McCartney was arriving.

As the businessman turned to go, he was mesmerised and it took him a few seconds to regain his composure. He heard the Holy Spirit say: “Turn around, look at the young man in front of you.” As he did so, he looked squarely into the face of Mr Bran McCartney and answered: “Yes, Lord, I know him.”

Continuing, the Holy Spirit said: “Take a good look at him, you are looking at the future Prime Minister of The Bahamas.” No telling how shocked the businessman was because that was the last thing on his mind. This encounter took place three to four weeks after Mr McCartney submitted his resignation to the Free National Movement. We all experienced disappointment after the 2012 election, but God’s timing is perfect and what we may consider a disappointment might very well be an appointment. The Lord is preparing the DNA to take on a humongous responsibility. He will place His chosen ones in position — people who have the same vision and are totally committed to bring the vision of the DNA to fruition. Who are supposed to be his ardent supporters will be and those who are not supposed to be involved will not be. Mr McCartney will govern this nation without fear or favour.
