Gaming Board in US on reform mission

Members of the Bahamas Gaming Board (GBB) and the Bahamas Hotel Association (BHA) Casino Committee are on a fact-finding mission at the Global Gaming Expo 2012 (G2E), the industry’s largest conference and trade show.

The delegation took part in the event’s sessions and workshops as part of a joint public and private sector effort to modernise the Bahamas’ gaming regulations. The Government is spearheading the effort to keep the Bahamas at the forefront of the world’s destination casino markets.

Members of the Gaming Board meet with Nevada Gaming Control Board members to discuss regulatory trends, best practices and new technology. The meeting is part of the Bahamian government’s collaborative public and private sector effort to moderniae the country’s gaming regulations.
