EDITOR, The Tribune.
Would it be asking too much of the management of the three companies currently responsible for garbage collection, namely Bahamas Waste, Impac and United Sanitation, to instruct their employees to return my rubbish bins to where they collected them from?
Their usual practice is to either leave them in the road or toss them into the middle of my driveway for me to pick up and put away even though the enclosure for them is easily accessible just inside the gate.
No doubt these same workers will be expecting their usual Christmas handout this week; however my spirit of Christmas giving, where they are concerned at least, is at the moment severely diminished.
