RASHANT Pati’s vision of being persecuted and put to death for proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ troubled him for three days. In seeking revelation of vision, he said he discovered it was God’s will for him to be killed because of his faith.

“The lord spoke to me and asked if I had any better way (of dying), for example by crime, war, accident, sickness or natural disaster. It was then I realised that his way is the best way and the catch is, until that appointed day and time comes nothing can touch me,” he told Tribune Religion.

Foreseeing his death is just one of the many visions he has had since converting to Christianity. Born in India and growing on the principles of the Hindu religion, Prashant never once thought he would leave the Hindu faith. However in 2001 he came to know Jesus Christ, accepted his lordship, and was baptised in 2008. He currently resides in the Bahamas.

Prashant had his first vision in 2005. His visions occur spontaneously, and often take him by surprise.

“In my first vision I saw a bright light, which started to shine brighter and began to rise so high that the whole city could see it. This light kept ascending until the whole world and the entire universe could witness it. This kept coming in front of me like a movie, I kept writing what I saw. In the beginning I was scared but slowly I started to enjoy it,” he said.

None of Prashant’s visions have come to pass as yet, because they mirror biblical prophecy in the book of Revelation about Jesus Christ’s return, and what life will be like when he sets up his kingdom on Earth, said Prashant. In fact, the last vision he had revealed several things about Jesus’ reign and the role the Bahamas will play in preparation for that time.

“When the lord rules this earth for a 1000 years, the Sabbath Millennium, there will be no sickness, no war, no crime, suffering, no poor but only peace and prosperity. Everyone will dwell in harmony praising and giving thanks to God. The messages are really about the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. Every one will sit under their own vine yard and under their own fig tree.

“The Bahamas as a nation will play an important part in the building of this end Zion. The lord has chosen and anointed this mountain top to be one of his spiritual Israels ‘The Promise Land of the Gentiles’. The lord will glorify these mountain tops in times to come and this generation shall witness it.

People from all around the world will flock into this nation to seek deliverance, healing, anointing, blessings and witness the lord’s glory. He has chosen this land to rise up over all the nations to glorify his name and his power, as a witness to the other nations of the world. Once we dedicate our nation to the lord, he will not only shower his love, blessings and mercy but also manifest it, in this year,” he said.

During that time Prashant said: “The Bahamas will encounter a rise in crime and spiritual warfare, because it is one of the gateways and the battle is fierce at the gates, but the lord will deliver it from all. This nation will witness great prosperity in all the spheres as the time of the lord’s Sabbath Millennium draws near for the establishment of his kingdom in his world, where there will be no more sorrow, no more sickness, no more poverty, no more crime and every one will love and respect one another.”

After having his first vision Prashant got into the habit of writing down as much as he could while the visions were fresh. Now, he has documented two of the visions on canvas as art pieces. He hopes to release a book soon.

“First of all I am not an artist, but the lord taught me to paint. I have finished two and a few more are on the way. Usually I merge a few visions into one painting and write a book on that painting. I paint the visions so that I can share them with the world the way I saw. I believe in sharing the treasures God reveals. The first painting speaks about the new Kingdom of God and of the rise of the nation, the second one speaks of the church of God in this world,” he told Tribune Religion.
