If anyone tells you that the administration of VAT will NOT be efficient, just go down to Road Traffic to get your car inspected and licensed. It is the epitome of government efficiency, with its handwritten licenses (year after year) and secondary line-up queues, so you can’t pay as soon as the license is written up. What else you got to do today anyway?
VAT will be a walk in the park !

And don't forget running out of stickers. Driving around with a letter from Road Traffic. Cop asked me why I have this letter. I was like boss I look like I work for the government? Road Traffic gave me that letter, you got a problem with it? Go ask them... Boy I was mad.
The Bahamian government is incapable of managing VAT. Simple as that.....
