A survey that will test your company's life-force

Most agree that service quality in the Bahamas, specifically as it relates to to people, process and products, leaves much to be desired.

Despite desperate efforts by pockets of standards-driven organisations, there seems to be clear disregard for ensuring consistency and quality in service standards. Leaders, though, must be held accountable for creating and maintaining a culture where excellence can be seen and measured.

There are many instruments that might assist a business person in truly determining the health and well-being of his/her company.

This simple test of general organisational and human resource requirements (shown on this page) gives us the opportunity to begin the dialogue. If your organisational culture has not matured to a place where your score exceeds 60 per cent of the possible marks awarded, some immediate interventions may be required for sustained growth and development.

Take the survey, and insist that your leaders take note and respond accordingly. The life of your company is at stake.
