A GUNMAN sexually assaulted a woman after he accosted her as she walked on St James Road yesterday morning, police said.
According to reports, shortly after 2am the victim was walking on St James Road when a man armed with a handgun forced her into nearby bushes and sexually assaulted her.
The suspect then fled in a white Honda civic vehicle, police were told.
Investigations are ongoing.
