Tired of PLP and Christie

EDITOR, The Tribune.

The electricity situation in The Bahamas is disgraceful. We pay too much money to BEC and the corporation can’t keep our lights on. The PLP government promised it would reform BEC.

Instead, the prime minister sits considering and considering. On his current pace, Perry Christie might pick the new partner for BEC a few days before the next general election.

The PLP promised jobs. The PLP promised to reduce the murder count. The PLP promised to fix BEC. None of these things has happened. After three years in office, it is fair to say that that party has failed.

Our prime minister is not the man who is going to lead The Bahamas to prosperity and a more orderly society. I have come to that absolute conclusion.

Leadership is not his thing – never was, never will be.
